Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (5-7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate (2-3 business days)
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery timeframes vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and local postal services.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
