How do I find out what size my dog is?

What are your delivery costs & timeframes?
Fashion Houndz offers $10.00 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders and FREE standard shipping for orders totalling more than $150 (excluding shipping costs). If you require your order sooner, you will also be given the option at Checkout of express delivery for a flat rate of only $15.95. International shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items you have selected along with your country of residence.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Your order will be dispatched from a regional area of NSW, Australia sent with Australia Post. Please allow 2-3 business days for express delivery within most states of Australia (WA may be longer) and 3-10 business days for standard domestic delivery. International shipping times will vary but you will need to allow up to 14 business days for delivery to most countries.

 

Is it possible to pick up items?
Fashion Houndz is an online business only and does not offer a pick-up service. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse located in regional NSW, Australia.

 

What methods of payment are accepted by Fashion Houndz?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Bank Deposits (Australian orders only) with these payment options being provided to you at checkout.

 

Are my payment and personal details safe?
Fashion Houndz takes security very seriously to make shopping online as safe as possible. Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you access the checkout. Being in 'secure mode' means that all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure. What is your returns policy?
Fashion Houndz's main priority is our customer's satisfaction. We will offer a refund or exchange on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) if you meet the requirements stated in our Returns Policy

 

Do you sell wholesale?
As our main objective is to provide a wide range of quality dog-related products at a reasonable price to other dog lovers, we do not have large markups on our products so this may restrict the amount of discount we can offer to wholesale customers. If there is a particular product(s) you wish to purchase in quantities (minimum order total $250) then please Contact Us with your ABN, business name and contact details. We will respond to your wholesale enquiry within 1 business day.
